Well, I've given that a try and that too impacts performance too much. It drops my VPS from 60 to 50.
Computer specifications:
Windows 10 Pro x64 | Ryzen 3700X | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero WiFi Motherboard | 16GB 3600MHz | Geforce 1070Ti | Corsair AX760 PSU

Doesn't that not work with EFB2RAM? Do I have that wrong or does it just cause desyncs in netplay?

It works with some EFB2RAM stuff, not with others. It's weird for me.

I'll have to try testing that with some of my games then. Big Grin

Thanks for the info!

Sad
Cursed air vent in chapter 3, unable to do super hammer swing to open the right side of air event while inside the air vent. I exit the air event and am able to do super hammer swing normally with no problems. My guess is this is a bug with the air vent area and the controls, After posting this message i shall attempt to solve this problems by switching my main stick from my keyboard to my mouse. I shall post a reply or edit if using the mouse sounds said problem.

EDIT: yeah switching to temporary mouse controls fixes the problem, but damn it all movement is bloody impossible with mouse controls. But yeah I dont know why keyboard arrow controls fail to work in the air vent when attempting to use the super hammer swing. If any 1 knows why please post a reply

New problem

Chapter 5

Invisible/to many waves

In chapter 5 after you use the crank and head past the gate and head to the right, the area with waves i have noticed that there are TO MANY DAMN WAVES and if you fail once or after sometime it becomes impossible to progress due to waves not rendering and being invisible but still being able to sink you. IF any knows how to fix this wave problem it would be much appreciated. And for any 1 that is curious by to many waves i mean there are waves rendering in that make it so you have NO space in between waves to move forward and you either r forced to be sunk or boat all the way back to start.

If you are using the latest could you check with opengl? There were some changes in d3d that might have broken stuff.

This might also happen with OpenGL. It might be a BBox issue, if you have set deterministic dual core to "fake-completion". I've noticed that fake-completion turns Bounding Box off! I don't know how, but it does. When I set to fake-completion, bounding box doesn't work. It keeps happening even if I change the internal resolution, or EFB settings. This screenshot here is the proof that BBox doens't work. It's been years since the previous time I saw this.

What this picture shows is that Mario is in "Paper Mode", as the ability (or curse) is called. This is the curse you get from the 2nd black box you find while playing the game. It isn't shown correctly. A drop in performance also happens during paper mode (even normally, without deterministic BBox, with fake-completion, a big drop)...

OK guys heres n update the chapter 5 wave problem i managed to get past after about 10-20 mins after my last post. So it may not be impossible or i just lucky as I stayed as far up as a i could and the waves all seemed to either be invisible or didn't spawn in not sure which. So yeah if your lucky you may be able to get past the waves in chapter 5 in the grotto. and as Link_to_the_past said the changes in d3d may or may not have broken something. Also my save file is currently at cortez's ship before the battle so im not to far from the waves if any 1 wants to see for themselves ill attach my save file as soon as some one tells me how to find it.
