I noticed a high consumption of ram (using the warp pipes) with the build dolphin-master-4.0-4057-x64, 6GB+, possibly a VRAM Leak:

Also a lines in some textures:

Try 1x IR on those bugs; it should fix them. I know 1x and 3x IR have much, much less problems for me in this game.

Is the software MSI Afterburner for monitoring temps, clocks, framerate, etc:

Great job fixing some old issues on this game. However, I noticed that there are still some textures that don't appear correctly, such as the sun on Chapter 6
[Image: mBp0B85.jpg?2]
...or in some places the water still appears as it used to before the fix (in Keelhaul Key cave mainly. I don't have a screenshot of this). I'm using 4.0-4063 [Mac version. Even if I seem to be using the Windows version through Bootcamp, due to some permanent instability issues on the Windows version of Dolphin caused by Razer Cortex when I tried it, I started using the Mac version on my Macbook Pro, and guess what, it runs very smoothly, supporting 2x resolution on some games including this one. The Windows version never became stable again, even after completely removing Razer Cortex AND reinstalling Windows (for a different reason).]
But there's no Direct3D on Mac, so, I'm using OpenGL. Judging the way the sun appears on the right of the screenshot, I suspect this is an OpenGL issue. I've noticed more of these in other games, such as Sonic Adventure DX and Super Mario Sunshine (the water in both games);

Can you try the sun there on Single Core? It seems that this is very, very timing dependent, and users are getting glitches on Dualcore with Bounding Box.
