I really would like to get this game running at a solid 60 FPS 1080p at 2x IR any way we can.

If there is any specific logs I can send the development team I would be more than happy to do that.

Using OpenGL the game is capable at running at 60 FPS because after certain plays in game the FPS counter will bump up to 60 from its normal stuttering 45 FPS avg. The game is also capable of slowing down to 1-5 FPS at any time. Especially during in-game cut scenes. While not in full screen mode, Dolphin will say it is going at 60 FPS when in-game its frozen. I can also get the 1 FPS black screen on OpenGL as well.

Using D3D will most of the time just start the game with a black screen but when it does work the frame rate stayed steady enough. I can also get the 1 FPS black screen on OpenGL backend as well.

I would really appreciate anyone's help on this, as I really don't think it has to do with hardware/dolphin settings but in the emulator itself. Thank you very much and have a nice day!

Is it using EFB Access to CPU? Try enable skip EFB Access to cpu that to see if it straightens out huge slowdown.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I had that already enabled and the stutters are still occurring.

I'll look into it. It says this is a full MMU title on the wiki, but even with that it shouldn't be this demanding.

Pretty sure it doesn't require full MMU, fakevmem should be enough.

Figured as much. Will look into it; this game shouldn't be that demanding.

Played it for a couple hours on my rig with no issues at all, completely full speed. No idea what's happening for you.

Darn, I really appreciate you looking into it. Could be hardware I guess but I thought a 770 should be ok :/. Perhaps I have some random setting stopping the fluidity. I'll report back if anything ends up fixing it.

My hardware is actually worse than yours in every way. Something weird is going on. There were one or two hiccups during shader cache generation in the first round I played, but that was it. After that, smooth sailing, 60 FPS, 3x Native IR.

I changed the ratio to Auto from Force 16:9. I can see the OpenGl graphics working quite well but oddly enough I guess they don't work under Force 16:9.

Trying to come close to figuring out what it was at least, so darn annoying.

Gahhh, so I had 60FPS with 3xIR with the Aspect Ratio to Auto, switched it back to Force 16:9, had stuttering issues. Then when I switched it back to Auto, the game runs at 60 FPS for the most part, but the advanced graphical settings are not being implemented.

Regardless when I start the game it has the black screen for a 3-10 seconds then it starts loading.

Now games not running well even on Auto 2xIR 2xAA without the OpenGL HD'ness, really quite insane. At this point it might have to be something on my end, although NO idea of what it could be. 60 FPS in menus, then to a stutter filled 18-45 FPS in game.
