Just tested on 3.5-136 and was having slow downs by 11% with DSP-LLE. Checking DSP-LLE on Thread fixed everything. Works 100%.
EDIT: OK, so now I was also playing with DSP-HLE and the music actually works. No stutters or anything. Even better than DSP-LLE. Is it just me or did someone actually fix something?
OS: W7 x64
CPU: i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz
GPU: ASUS 280x DCUII TOP
RAM: 8gb @1600MHz

The HLE-AX branch was recently merged that improves the handling of audio by the HLE plug-in. Refer...

Nice to see that we can actually use HLE because its way less intensive on the CPU. Or did I hear wrong? Now I use HLE exclusively for Need For Speed as it fixes all of the audio issues which are still even present in LLE. Thanks devs!

The Game works well in SPlit-Screen Mode but if you play Singleplayer Dolphin freez by Saving after Race.

Also the Action-Replay Codes did not work :-(

It may freeze indeed. Either use a recent build (after FIFO-BP merge). Either use a very very old build with Dual Core disabled. Not recommended though Big Grin
