There's nothing you can really do. This game is very demanding and you can't overclock your CPU

damn... o well, the game runs really smooth with the audio fix but it still slows down during combat a little bit, are there any settings in the dolphin that would make it run faster?

Heyo, here's an odd question for y'all. I have a Xbox controller that I can use with this game, and I want to change the control scheme to a more updated fps format. Instead of having the left stick solely for movement and the right for my weapons, I want to change it so the left stick is strafe/move and the right for looking. Is there any conceivable way to do this?

Apologies for double posting, but has any progress been made on Issue 4336 at all? It's been two years since that bug was reported, and I'm getting tired of having to play this game in single core mode, as my laptop—while it is an actual gaming laptop—isn't quite that powerful. I would really like to Dual Core it up without Prime 2's "black bar" issues cropping up.

Hello everyone. Im new here and new to the whole emulator thing, tho i find it great and amazing being able to play my old memorable games on my pc so ofc i gave it a try.
only problem is my dolphin always crashes after a while of playing (i only been playing the Metroid Prime series) i've downloaded every single dolphin verson, as i thought it might be that, but it always seems to crash anyway after a while, what should i do?
I'd like to note that the Refraction Slowdown seems to have pretty much disappeared (or had been lessened quite a bit) on build 4.0-1720 (the last version tested being 4.0-1711), OpenGL backend, though the Black Bar thing seems to happen immediately now
