You've been away from the forum too long; you've forgotten how to talk to people. >_< *clears throat* dh2005 Wrote:One thing - I note that the link reads "laptop" guide. I'm not using a laptop... but will the advice still be pertinent to my situation? Yep. GPUs in the 6xx and 7xx nvidia family have features to reduce the power consumption; features pretty similar to what laptops do. Dolphin isn't a registered application so sometimes they'll refuse to go into full power mode for some stupid reason. That would explain what you are experiencing despite having an awesome GPU. So use the nvidia control panel and set Dolphin to "Prefer Maximum Performance". Is anyone else finding Space Jump First to be near impossible to pull off in Dolphin? I seem to be running into what appears to be input lag when trying to execute this move, which I have little to no issue pulling off on real hardware.

Also, this game really hates a predefined framerate. To the guy with the 4770K, your audiocracks are caused by the DSP not controlling the framerate. Set "framerate limit" to "audio" instead of 30/60.
Btw, i'm getting a few stutters here and there contrary to what i said earlier. But it's so minute, i can hardly complain. Anyway, noone knows the widescreen ARcode? 10-19-2013, 12:05 AM

Disabling fog just leaves Samus looking at a black screen. The HUD and minimap will still be there, but any other graphics will vanish.

I am trying to play Metroid Prime 2 and overall, the game runs pretty nice, usually above at least 40 fps. My problem is that at certain times, usually during combat, the audio seems to skip or flicker, this is very annoying and i have tried almost everything in the settings to fix this. Does anybody know how fix this issue?

If he can't run the game full-speed his audio will stutter whatever setting he'll be using. Using LLE will be even worse in his case

yeah i gotta admit, this game was really programmed bare metal to the cube. It takes some serious CPU horsepower to run this game properly.
