[GC] Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes

I have the latest revision of Dolphin and I am trying to play Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes and it's slow. This youtube user seems to be running it really full speed!!!

However , after following his settings which are:

I still am getting slow play. Please help me! What could I be doing wrong? How can I get this game to run fast like this user?

try jit instead of jitl
dont use openal

Here are my settings:

I believed I tried jit and used direct x 9 and direct x 11 at different times.

Turn off the advanced graphics settings and turn off CPU->EFB access.

Did that just now, it is still slow, running at around 64 percent speed

64% is what everybody is getting, isn't it? How fast is it in the youtube (I can't view it from here)?

it's like running full speed, probably 100 percent
