I'm having a few problems with Metal Arms as well, but I've managed to work around some of it.

There's still one major problem, though. Some of the earliest cutscenes don't play, and those that do, almost have no sound. I had to turn my speakers up to max to hear anything in the level 4 cutscene.

Do anyone here have a fix for that?

LLE will solve this (but a powerful system is needed)

You'll find LLE in sound settings. But first you'll need some files. How to get them? Have a look to this thread http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23103

When you start dolphin look in DSP configuration. There you can switch to LLE

Fwiw, it should be mentioned that you'll probably want to use the LLE recompiler rather than the LLE interpreter. The former is faster than the latter.
