[GC] Megaman Network Transmission Help

From what I have read, this problem was fixed a while ago but it still seems to be happening to me with the most recent version of Dolphin: I can open and run Megaman Network Transmission with no issues; however, when I attempt to start a new game, the screen just goes black and does not change regardless of how long I wait. I have tried turning Progressive Scan on and off to no effect. How would I go about fixing this issue?

Try using real xfb and/or efb to texture.
