I have 3.0 installed because 3.0-776, 3.0-775, 3.0-774, 3.0-773, 3.0-772, and 3.0-771 do not work on my mac for some reason. When I install them and click on dolphin, they do not work. It just does not start up with these versions installed.

Try to test the game with an older revision. If it doesn't work there is definitively an issue with your dump.
Btw have you tried other games?

I have tried to redump it a few times but I'll give it another go and I'm on a mac so without bootcamp the only version that works is 3.0 as far as I know.

For snow leopard there are compatibility issues with the latest revisions, but yes 3.0 should work on almost all OS X computers.

As for your issue running the game, it is almost assuredly a dumping issue. How are you dumping it?
