I know I'm reviving a dead post but I had the pixelated texture problem too, I sorted it by selecting Enable Hi-res Texture Loading in the D3D9 Enhancements tab. Working perfect for me atm on rvn 5749.

lol...sorry man, but if I'm not totally wrong that's impossible and it must have been another setting that fixed it for you.
Hi-res texture loading only works if you have a hi-res texture pack which someone must have produced...there hasn't been much in that direction yet...for N64 emulators there have been quite a lot of those packs...
Anyway, this can't have fixed your problem...

Well if that's the case you've got me really curious, I'll have a play around and see if I can reproduce the problem!

EDIT: Nvm seemed it was because I had EFB copy set to RAM not Texture. So having it set to texture fixed it /facepalm.

i´m using the Dolphin revision r5652 with the fifofix aply and the game is perfect. About the "low resolution", this game is Gamecube and not N64, and yes it has High textures. Just play with the efb scale and you will see the graphic changes. I prefer a Blur graphics so i use 1x but if you prefer High end graphics use 3x in efb scale and ssa mode at least 4x.
the game is great and i´m playing it.
