Searched this thread and couldn't find this issue, rumble is not working in any case where it should be activating in game. I've tested it on an Xbox 360 controller with all patterns. Rumble is set to On in the in game settings, and does work for me in all other games.

Tested using 5.0-5636 and on the stable 5.0 build under these specs

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670k
GPU: Nvidia GTX770
RAM: 8.0

Using EFB Copies to RAM also fixes the problem (5.0-6339).

This game runs pretty smooth, good job.

The only issue i have is that sometimes my fps drops and the sound becomes distorted, but it happens very rarely.

I hope its going to be fixed in some the later versions.

OK, so I own the NTSC and PAL versions of this game (because I wanted the superior hidden mansion mode in the PAL version). In dolphin, the PAL version's aspect ratio seems fine, but the NTSC version seems "squished" slightly. The horizontal length of what's being rendered to screen is smaller, but the vertical length is the same and the picture is squished as a result. Originally I thought it was a bad dump, but oddly enough the exact same thing happens when using the 60hz hack for the pal version (which enables the games native, albeit ultimately cut PAL60 mode).

When I play both versions on my gamecube I can't see a difference between them. I can't test the 60hz code for the PAL version on actual hardware as I don't have one of the original action replays - I only have the one where the codes are pre-loaded and you can't add more.

As far as I can tell it's always been like this in dolphin. Does anybody else notice this? Is it possible the aspect ratio actually is different between the versions on hardware but the bad graphics/CRT tv is masking it somehow?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

In what way are you loading the out-of-region disc on your GameCube? I know that when I use Swiss to make my PAL GameCube load the one NTSC GameCube game I have, the video mode defaults to 576i and I manually have to switch it to 480i in order for the game to look correct (the problems are mainly with the HUD positioning and cutscene speed in the case of the game I have), so I'm wondering if you could be experiencing something like that. But I'm not sure how video modes work if you're using e.g. Datel's Freeloader.

It turns out it really was just the TV I was hooking my gamecube to. (Also, I am using the freeloader that came with the action replay.) Turns out that "squished" is normal for NTSC, and I just couldn't see it until I used my friends gigantic tv.

So yeah basically I'm just an idiot, problem solved lol.
