After playing this game, I noticed sound issues with HLE. Also, the test entries say the same thing. Wouldn't that make the game 4 stars for a minor audio glitch?
PC Specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 8GB 2400MHz DDR4
OS: Windows 10 64-Bit

Test Entries say that LLE is needed. And with LLE the sound works fine.
Btw you're using Dolphin 3.5 so you couldn't try the game with new AX-HLE. New AX-HLE might solve sound issues (I haven't tried this game with new AX-HLE yet so I can't confirm).

But I would attribute 4 stars too. 5 stars is overdone. The game doesn't work "perfectly".
