Im having slow down issues in hyrule field.

I currently have 20 fps and 40 vps and 66-70% speed.
I do have the ZTP hack turned on.

The hardware I have is:
gtx 570
amd phenom II x4 945
8 gigs of ram

Running Windows 7 64 Bit.
r7594

Ive gone through most of the threads but to no avail.

Is it possible the ztp hack only works at lower resolution because im running at 2560x1600.

Because they all have Core i5's, i7's or better. Your cpu is quite poor at number crunching and other cpu intensive tasks compared to Intel's offerings. Also, your cpu is probably clocked too low, Dolphin needs at least 2.8 Ghz - 3.2+ Ghz for some games. CPU matters for Hyrule Field and yours isn't up to the task, the only thing you can do is enable the ZTP speed hack. It will make Hyrule Field more bearable, but emulating Hyrule Field full speed with or without the hack isn't going to happen without a better cpu. Even the Core2duo/Quad was better than the Phenom/Phenom II, AMD hasn't made a decent architecture since AMD64 and Intel continues to dominate the benchmarks. AMD cpu's also lack support for SSSE3, SSE4.1 and SSE4.2 which hurts performance of AMD cpu's.

Excuse me for being a noob, but isn't this GPU problem? His VPS is much higher than his FPS so his CPU appears to be able to handle this much better than his GPU.
Main Laptop:
Dell XPS 17
i7 2720QM @ 2.2GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 555M
Windows 7 64-bit

I don't care what I use, just as long as it offers enough power to get the job done. AMD cpu's are just too inefficient and lack power, horrible design and doesn't support SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2. Intel cpu's are simply better currently, there is no denying that, AMD has been behind since the AMD64 architecture.

Without the hack enabled I can achieve between 25 FPS - 28 FPS, with the hack I get 35 FPS - 45 FPS with my i7 950 in Hyrule Fields. Those with Sandy Bridge cpu's get full speed constantly even with LLE audio and EFB to Ram. Before the latest fifo commits and transition to VS2010 or with EFB to Texture I get a cool 28 FPS - 30 FPS without the Hyrule Field speed hack.
