Game gets Blackscreen while using Netplay, you can fix that if you disable Deterministic Dual Core, but it gets asyncron as soon as the race starts. Is there some workaround?

There's a third option: disable dual core completely under Config -> General.

Game stuck on choppy frames 50-57. Tried messing with settings with no visible changes

I hate to necro like this, but Freekstyle is not performing as it should on my rig and I should have ample power to do so.
It also isn't consistent, but the end result is that the game runs slower most of the time, which unfortunately also leads to some awful popping in the audio I've been unable to fix with audio stretching. A video of a recent play can be seen here, with a clear discrepancy between the in-game time and the video length: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCm20n2evag The lag is present whether I am recording or not and the graphic settings don't seem to make a difference either. I'd appreciate any support or another look at development for this particular title, thank you! 09-04-2022, 12:41 AM

In audio settings use DSP LLE Recompiler instead of the recommended DSP HLE, this doesn't completely remove all audio damage, but it does reduce it massively 09-04-2022, 12:49 AM

Found an issue in the steering program on Freekstyle. Just about everytime I play the game on the emulator, I keep finding that the steering is acting like the joystick function works dynamically from time to time (and when I say dynamically I'm referring to a really slow dynamic). The issue can be reproduced on the first race, it's most visible moments are when you're transitioning from a hard left turn into a hard right turn. How it happens - When turning left and then turning right, do NOT let up on the joystick, just simply move it from one direction to the other and you'll notice your biker will not lean into the second part of the turn. Feels like there needs to be some work done on maybe adding a selection of options to choose from simple movement to dynamic movement and vice-versa.
Note: Doesn't happen everytime. I have played around with the controls to the best of my ability with what we have offered, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. |
