[GC] F-Zero GX crashes Dolphin

The search function is not my friend today so I`m asking here instead: when I boot up F-Zero GX it runs fine untill the save file is loaded and then Dolphin crashes. Are there any particular settings I should check/uncheck in order for the game to work or is it simply not working at all?

yeah, I know. It's just that the spammers nowadays talk such crazy shit O_o
can't one kinda sue that cigar company for spamming?
