General Settings
 • Dual Core: Enabled
 • Idle Skipping: Enabled
 • HLE the IPL: Enabled
 • CPU Emulator Engine: JIT recompiler (JITIL for x86bit users)
 • Lock threads to core: Disabled
 • DSPLLE on thread: Disabled

OpenGL/Direct3D Settings
 • EFB Copy to: Texture (hack) (switching it to system RAM fixes shadows, but slows down the game)

DSP Settings
 • No special settings to mention

Gamecube Pad
 • No special settings to mention

Known Problems

Runs very well on x64 systems but for now x86 users have slowdowns after the change to get the game working on dolphin. X86 Users must run in JITIL or else the game will crash. Story Mode causes crashes on either version of dolphin.

Overall
Directx has a graphical problem under each racer. Can be fixed in OpenGL. X64 users expect 40-60 fps throughout while x86 users 20-40 fps. Status: Playable

It was about time someone make it so we could get off that original thread that talks about months of the game not working lol. Considering we posted nosounds video on the main website and talked about the game, I needed to do somethign to put it in the Official game thread. Hope Nosound isn't to upset cuz really this would be a Nosound made thread (His settings and his video)

Edited a bit, it doesn't matter whether you enable throttle or not and there's nothing to change in Gamecube pad anyways

now it's possible again to switch to EFB->RAM and back by hotkey, isn't it? cuz that way you'll have proper shadows and good speed. maybe that should be added.

sadly this is those type of games that needs full speed to be playable (like guitar hero games) and fully enjoyable

Great Initiative for remaking the thread Smile

Btw anyone experiencing this next issue ?

When Editing a custom machine all parts show up correctly,
(see attachment 1)

But as soon as exiting the editor and checking the machine in the garage there seem to be some parts missing.
(See attachment 2)

Also the problem persists anywhere (gp or time trial)
(see attachment 3)

Btw i'm using the recommended settings on this thread
(using d3d as main graphics plugin also tested with ogl)
No cheats active.

Using R4977
