Yeah, even when using the settings you suggested I still get lagging and stuttering audio :/ Just figured I'd get about the same speed as this dude here Judging by his specs and mine. He hardly has any audio lagging at least not as bad as mine lol.

Brawl is cake. F-zero is definitely more demanding. Also, hyperthreading does not help Dolphin at all. Dolphin works best with the highest possible performance on two cores (+1 for LLE).
