GC Emulator error??

When I run an ISO for the GC Emulator (MGS: Twin Snakes to be specific..), it says "Fifo_CPUWritePointer out of bounds: 017ca820 (end = 017ca800)" , and then the emulator closes due to an error...

Any help please?
