Anyone have a fix for this on 4.0.2? My specs are on my profile.

I'm trying to get this game running a little better as frame drops can really kill the flow of a fighting game. Nothing dips under 45fps so I think I should be able to get 60fps with a few tweaks.

My specs are in my profile but I'll write them here for ease of access:

OS: Windows 10
CPU: AMD - FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
GPU: Gigabyte - Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card
Memory: Corsair - XMS 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Dolphin: 5.0 current Rev.

I'm working with default settings with Force Texture Filtering off to fix this game's menu glitch.

I suspect that my weak GPU is causing issues, is there a way to dump more of the load over to my CPU? Or is there something else I ought to try?

I took a screen grab to show what I'm dealing with in terms of fps.
