When running games, while I'm playing every few second my GC controller will ignore my inputs for anywhere between about 1 and 3 seconds and then pick them back up again. This is rather frustrating and I have no idea what could be causing this. There is a stable connection between my Wii U adapter and my PC and my controller functions just fine on a real console. Any help?

Any help?I made a topic about this a while back and while I did find out that I'm not the only one who has run into this problem, I didn't learn of any fix for it. I have only had my controls cut out like that using the Wii U adapter while I haven't had any problems on my Xbox 360 controller. I know that doesn't help much, but I really don't know what causes this problem. 12-03-2015, 07:00 AM
Thanks anyway, it's good to know I'm not the only one out there with this problem.

I have the same issue but my Wiimote blocks sometimes completely, not only for a few seconds. I have to disconnect the Mayflash bar and reconnect it in order to solve the issue. Everything is unplayble. It happens after 1 or 2 minutes of playing... I tried with Dolphin 4.0.2, 4.0-8297 and 5.0-rc-35. 12-10-2015, 10:37 AM
Seems like your computer is not giving enough or cutting off USB power to GCN ctrl adapter for Wii U.

This seems to have been the problem. I was switching between the top two ports on my tower and was getting the same problem but once I tried a port on the back the problem seems to have disappeared. Thank you.
