My Mayflash controller adapter can detect the controller and show all of its inputs, but when I go to dolphin and open GCPad, it doesn't detect any controllers under the device dropbox. The DInput/0/USB Gamepad is shown, but nothing comes up when I use the controller. Any advice?

Just select standard controller in the drop down box , no configuration required. https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/how-use-official-gc-controller-adapter-wii-u/

I forgot to mention that I previously tried that D:
Any other ideas? It also can't be detected on dolphin 4.0-652

4.0-652 doesn't have native support for the adapter. So when you're using the latest Dev builds put the switch in WiiU mode, but when you're using 4.0-652 put it in PC mode.

Note that when you're doing manual configuration, you have to manually assign the buttons to the proper slots. So on the GCPad interface press the button for A, then press A on your controller. Then do the same thing with all the other buttons and control sticks.
