I love playing this game with my kid, but it doesn't work 100%.
REPORT: hiccup in the music and/or framerate from time to time (doesn't seem to be predicable when it occurs). I've tried everything from default settings 1x IR, DX11, DX12, OpenGL renderers, EFBAccessEnable = False/True (sunflare effect), dual core enabled/disabled, vsync on/off and more. Doesn't resolve it. Would be great if this could be resolved! ps. I tried the official build (build from this week), as well as Ishiiruka v950.

Did you make sure that your GPU is in High-performance mode for Dolphin? In the Nvidia Control panel make a profile for Dolphin.
Also, if you don't change any settings, run through a level, close Dolphin, and then reopen without changing settings do you have the performance issues? 06-01-2017, 07:42 AM

Yes, I made a high performance profile in the nvidia panel; default is max. performance as well. And yes, I close Dolphin every time I change a setting and restart it. The 60fps patch + overclock (2x) + fullscreen (instead of borderless) + audio stretching (Xaudio) does seem to help a lot. BUT.. there are still occasional random stutters in audio and framerate; not cache related, because I always testdrive the same track.

I downloaded Dolphin last night and ran this game and it worked 100% fine with no issues, no lag, nothing.
Today, I launched the emulator and started up the game but it keeps getting stuck launching the game. The game never loads up; it just launches the black window with the few lines of text and that's it. Not sure what I'm doing differently compared to last night. Any suggestions? 06-08-2017, 03:49 AM
Maybe you have a corrupted cache. Go to Documents > Dolphin Emulator and delete the cache folder
