General Settings:
Dual-Core Enabled works great.
LLE on thread works great.
Frame limiter set to 60 or auto, or audio throttle works great.

D3D Settings:

Safe Texture Cache must be on at least normal to get rid of glitches.

XFB must be set to virtual or real (virtual looks much better) for this game to get past the intro logos.

DSP Settings:
LLE (recompiler) on thread works perfectly with no sound issues I can hear. HLE also works.

Overall:
The game runs perfect at 100% speed (100% of the time on my system) with above settings, with no issues of any kind! Unfortunately, the game designers implemented character sprites that look like they are straight from Super Nintendo. Other than that it is a decent game and runs great on dolphin. It runs so solid, I feel like I am playing the arcade game.

I have ran the game on Archlinux x86 (Linux 3.1.3-pae) (git commit 20111224), it works very well No problem here with the default settings.

One question, is there any way for having a better sprites look? I mean, them are very pixelated.
