Well, at least you have a choice: you can have Dolphin correctly emulate the wrong AR you would get on a console, or you can force Dolphin to wrongly use the correct AR by stretching the image to the window size. Tongue

With Dolphin 4.0-8490 i only get a white screen when i try to run it...
i7 2600K@3.5Ghz, AMD RX470, 8GB RAM, Win10

I cannot reproduce the issue; was it working in older builds for you? Can you bisect to when the issue started?

I figured it out! As a second GC controller i had selected GBA and that caused Burnout to display a white screen. As soon as i changed the 2nd controller to None, it worked fine...
i7 2600K@3.5Ghz, AMD RX470, 8GB RAM, Win10
