So how do I fix it then?

If new versions are broken again, then you can't. You'd need to find the build where the problem was introduced again (by bisecting) so the developers could figure out why the changes in that version caused the bug to reappear.

You have to bisect. Pick a really old build from back when the bug was known to be fixed, then pick the build in between that one and the current one. If that build has the bug, pick the build in between the known good build and the one you just tested. If that build doesn't have the bug, pick the build in between the current broken build and the one that you just tested. Repeat the process until you find the build that broke the game (meaning the previous build is good, but build x is the first one that doesn't work anymore).

Thanks for that information, that's actually really useful. However, that seems like it's just too much trouble to go through for me. I think that I'm going to wait a month or so and re-download dolphin at that time and see if it works. I appreciate the response though, if it takes too long for a new version to come out that works, I may just attempt to sift through the older ones. 12-04-2015, 08:00 AM
Developers don't have time to check every build for when every bug was introduced, so if you want a bug fixed for an obscure game (i.e. not something like Zelda or Mario that everybody plays and thus gets a lot of attention), the best way you can help is to tell the developers which set of changes caused the bug. If you don't, it probably won't get fixed for a long time, if ever.

Do you have the pal version? Like i said, the 60 Hz AR code should make the issue go away.
And bisecting is not too much trouble. You only need to try like 10 builds to check 1000. 12-04-2015, 02:33 PM

Ok I found a version that works so far for the NTSC. The fps is good and I'm not getting the cutscenes jumping around. If anyone else has that problem, download 4.0-7715
