Any idea how to solve this? It's what I'm getting in the lava caves area. Tried latest version 4.0-7853.

My settings are default, except resolution being set to 720p.

Are you using cheats or savestates?
Also, check your MD5 against redump.org

I've used savestates, yes.

When I just load from the slot and head into the Lava Caves, I'm still encountering the same graphical problem. Is it a result of my Intel graphics card?

I didnt realize you were on Mac hardware. Sorry, not my area of expertise. I will say you should still compare your md5 hash to that from redump to ensure you have a valid/uncorrupted game iso

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but when cutscenes play the screen flickers up and down I tried with both D3D11 and openGL both same. Never mind fixed.

i also am having this problem, im getting flickering cutscenes and flickering menus, but the game itself runs fine aside from those issues. i literally registered only to ask this question, please post what you did to fix it.

The problem is that the flickering screen with vitual xfb is supposed to be fixed. And also, the game .ini forces virtual xfb.

If this issue was reintroduced, it would be nice if it was tracked down to where it started doing it again.

Oh well, for the lazy ones with pal versions: Use the 60 Hz AR code.
