Are you using cheats or savestates?
Also, check your MD5 against redump.org

I didnt realize you were on Mac hardware. Sorry, not my area of expertise. I will say you should still compare your md5 hash to that from redump to ensure you have a valid/uncorrupted game iso

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but when cutscenes play the screen flickers up and down I tried with both D3D11 and openGL both same. Never mind fixed.
