[GC] AR Codes for 16:9, 21:9 & 60Hz

16:9 AR codes for Luigi's Mansion PAL don't work. Same issue for Wind Waker.

Is there an AR Code für Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and Tenkaichi 3?

Is there any way to get Phantasy Star Online Episodes I&II running in 21:9? I've been using the 16:9 and stretching it but natively would be awesome. Forgive me if I missed this information elsewhere.

What i did wrong that nothing change if i activated a 16:9 / 21:9 Ar code..

i added and activate the AR Code 
and in the graphic option i set 16:9 / 21:9 forced 

but the game is only streched

I was wondering, how does one create their own AR codes? Cause i been playing on my phone and i really want the game to fill my screen, which aspect ratio is 18.5:9.

In last build 10599, Luigi's Mansion cheat worked but not the remaining. Here I add a longer list of non-working/missing:
