I was running the 3.0 -.7xxx whatever it was, and switched to 3.0. Started working perfectly However, it turns out Dolphin wasn't using my dedicated graphics card, and upon further inspection the company just did NOT give me one. I am about to call up the company quite angry and argue about this. I think that's the root of most of my problems. Thanks for all the input, everyone!
[GC] 20 FPS but good specs? Help?

My family knows someone who sent his wife to buy herself a netbook. When he installed ubuntu linux on it (that family doesn't have a single windows PC, but have about 3 licences) he had trouble getting the WiFi to work. It turned out that even though they'd paid for the version with an integrated adapter, they'd sold him a cheaper version, which although it had a little light which said the WiFi was on, had no WiFi chip. PC world soon had an angry man trying to get some money back.

You guys are literally THE BEST. The silly driver wouldn't update and I couldn't find it listed in my hardware, but I guess that was just a bug/me skipping over my hardware carelessly. Thank you all SO much xo

hey op any success
i have i5 2430m, 6gb ram, gt 540m,, i was of course able to figure out the optimus tech switch to get the gt540m card running and not the intel but meh, still slow. games that are ok muramasa (hurr durr, ran on my 1.66dual core) kirby soul calibur 2 gc xenoblade runs not acceptable tales of symphonia (sound is buggy or game is too slow, bit dissapointed as my gc can't run american disk) monster hunter tri (more than 4 minions, enjoy 22fps, 3minions and a boss maybe 30fps) pandora's tower (ok but occasional lags make it no fun) i feel like a slight boost might help, btw xenoblade is awesome. its not all bad, graphics look better than my tv somehow, especially for gamecube games (composite only oucccch) 04-16-2015, 07:06 PM
Erf.. Looks like the link for the optimal configuration is not longer available.
I am running on a i5 4690k & Asus GTX 970. I have 25Fps everywhere except on the cinematics where i've 60fps. So i've think that dolphin limits my fps. Do you know how to configure it ? 04-17-2015, 02:55 AM
Dolphin isn't limiting you and everything is working as it should as the game is programmed like that. Closing for necroposting.
