Dolphin-emu have GBA Link Cable function?
using GBA emulator to function it?

like:
Animal Crossing(NGC),using GBA(don't need cartridge)
to travel to island.

How to travel to Animal Island:
Turn on your game boy advance and ensure that the link cable is plugged in. Then make your way to the dock. You will see Kapp'n there in his boat. Talk to him to go to the island. Make sure you leave your GBA turned on for the trip over there.
My System
CPU : Intel® Core™ i7 Q720 @ 1.60GHz
Graphics Card : ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5400 series
RAM : 4GB
System Type : Windows 7 64-bit

Well, they added Game Boy Advance support (check Gamecube Settings and try to change Port 1).
