Gamma Issue

I'm not entirely sure what this would be called or if it's possible to fix somehow but the textures in almost every game I have played appear to be darker than they should be.

This makes it very difficult to play sometimes and I am most certain they should be brighter.

Is there any way to fix this , here's a screen shot to see what I mean

The screenshot on the left is not at all what the game is supposed to look like. The one on the right looks more reasonable, but it's been a while since I played Wind Waker, so I don't remember exactly how it's supposed to look.

The right looks normal, you can't even see the buttons on the left picture...
