Gamestop wiimote not connecting to bluetooth

I bought an @play wiimote controller for both wii and wiiu and a bluetooth usb drive, when I tried to connect the wiimote to my pc it simply doesn't find it. I tried using bluesoleil but it amounted to nothing so I tried on my laptop (a lenovo) and it still didn't find the wiimote. Is there anything I can do?

Several things.

1. Update to at least Dolphin 5.0. 4.0 is no longer supported and if you can't do this, nobody will help you.

2. bluesoleil should not be used now a days. Windows BT stack should be enough on Win7 and newer on recent builds of Dolphin.

3. 3rd party Wiimotes will probably not work with Dolphin unless you use bluetooth passthrough, which is available in the latest development builds.

Alright I've done everything you said and now when opening a wii game it says failed to claim interface for BT passthrough
