Games won't start on Windows 8 x64 with Geforce 660M

I can get all the way until the game starts but it won't actually start the game. I've already followed the tips on downloading dxwebsetup.exe but the games won't run. I also made sure that Dolphin is using my graphics card. Can somebody help me with the configuration for Windows 8 x64 with a Nvidia Geforce 660M. THANKS in advance!

Looks like you've ripped the game with Cleanrip.
You've got multiple parts correct?

Run the following command in the command prompt. Hold down Shift and right-click in the folder with the isos and click on open command prompt here.
Code:
copy /b SMNE01.part0.iso + SMNE01.part1.iso SMNE01.iso
Put all the parts there and finish up with SMNE01.iso to make them one iso.

Can't tell if joking but here is the full screen view. I've played around with the video settings to the point of insanity. Can anyone help?

They are not joking. The problem comes from your dump so:
