First off, the silvermont based CPU (celeron n2840) is now a pretty old, mobile-level part. Even if it worked, it's likely few games would give a good experience.
Normally, I'd recommend getting the latest GPU drivers from intel.com - but I cant find *anything* but the first ever release version that lacks win10 support here: https://ark.intel.com/products/82103 . Crazy. I'd guess you've just bought a lemon if Intel don't want to support it
- though you might have better luck in Linux, as in my experience the Intel Linux GPU driver team are better at supporting "older" hardware.
Also, generally the OpenGL Intel driver for windows is worse than their DX11 one - it was mentioned above but I didn't see that option in your screenshots (the 'graphics' button at the top by 'config' - it's in a different window to the rest of the options).
