Don't expect this to be fixed. I posted on the amd forums, and it was completely ignored. And their bug reporting system didn't work at all for me.

At least the drivers 16.7.3 and 16.9.1 are broken, so it's not just the latest driver that is broken. 16.6.2 works fine.
