Hello,

Before I start this post, here are some relevant things:
PC specs: https://pastebin.com/K3wuciED
GPU specs: http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/17/04/20/5yd.png
I am running 64-bit Dolphin 5.0-3404.

It has been a while since I have played Wii games through Dolphin.
Since the last time, my computer has undergone two relevant changes:
1. I got a new graphics card (Nvidia Quadro 600 through PCIE instead of Intel HD Graphics 2000 onboard)
2. The drive letter of my external hard disk containing the Wii roms changed.

I have several games that used to run flawlessly, namely Mario Kart Wii and Smash Bros. Brawl.
However, now, they won't run at all.

Dolphin will start just fine.  I set it to start with administrator priviliges via the Compatibility tab in Properties.

However, when I try to run a game or WAD, I get this error first:  SetupWiiMemory: Can't create setting.txt file
Then, after clicking OK, I get this error: Unable to resolve read address 80004000 PC 0
After clicking OK, I get the same error except the 8-digit hexadecimal number has 4 added to it.  (e.g. 80004004, 80004008, 8000401c, etc.)
That continues for as many times as I feel like clicking OK.
I can't close Dolphin normally while it's stuck in that loop, so I kill it via Task Manager.

If I start Dolphin again, it asks if I want to report errors to the devs, and then asks me to set my ROM path.
This happens no matter how many times I attempt to start Dolphin.

I have checked the permissions on both the executable folder, the ROM folder and the folder called "Dolphin Emulator" in Documents.
They all have full control given to all users, administrators, and my username.

Please help!

Thanks,

HewwoCraziness

Go to config>Paths, and make sure "Wii NAND Root" is set to wherever your emulated NAND is. By default on Windows, that is %userprofile%\My Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii. Be sure to look for the location and make sure it's there!

Check the Wii NAND Root in Config > Paths. If it's set to a location that doesn't exist, you need to change it.

It wasn't set to anything!  I set it to %userprofile%\My Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii, and the games run great!  Thanks so much!
