It sounds like your dumps are bad/corrupt. Redump your games. Use a program (like WinMD5) to generate the dump's MD5 hash, then compare that hash with verified one from GameTDB.com or Redump.org. If your hashes don't match theirs, your dumps are corrupt. If they match, they're fine.

Doesn't matter. Dolphin is not a PS2 emulator. That you can run something like PCSX2 means nothing about your ability to run Dolphin.

Actually, you're on the fairly weak side of Dolphin hardware. The GPU is generally only sufficient 1x IR - 2x IR. Your CPU is good for light games and some average games (doesn't matter if you're using the G2030T or the i3-3240T, both are low-voltage CPUs and not very suited for Dolphin). But that's all beside the point. Your symptoms are very similar to all the cases of bad dumps we've had on these forums. Dump your games again, check the MD5 hashes, and see where you go from there.
