I'm not sure why, i've tried SSBM and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. My fps ranges from 50-60 fps and it's solid. The games just seem to be running slow, not lag, just slow.. Any suggestions?

2.30 gigahertz AMD Turion II Dual-Core
4gb ddr2 ram
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650
are my specs

What revision are you using? In the latest those games should run good.

And. Maybe you have to use the DX9 plugin or configure properly the emulator to get best game performance.
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86
Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family (224 MB)

hi i'm really new to dolphin, and i'm not sure how to exactly switch plugins, also my revision is 4525

p.s. also an option i see is "enable dual core(speed up)" its checked off by default, but in some games i know the use of dual cores actually slows down the game, but those are for fairly old games, so i guess that's not the problem.

Ok i've changed to the dx9 plugin, and things are running a little faster, but are there any optimal configurations that'll make things run the best it could be? I'm getting around 40-50 fps in naruto con 2 and it doesn't feel as nearly as fast as it should be.

add these:
safe texture cache on
EFB copy to Texture on
should give more fps but maybe not.

looks like you are playing with bullet time.
It could be because your computer hardware, CPU but not actually sure about that.

1.Try the newest revision 4733
2.Enable dual core this will either give speedup or not.
hope this will work.

I just don't understand. I've tried like every video setting combination but i can't get full speed. I was getting 160fps playing alien hominid and it was stil too slow. The only way i get full speed is when i disable "EFB Copy", but as most of you know that messes up textures really bad. Any other alternatives?
