games running slow :(

I just tried to run the latest stable build of the emulator and every game I run is running slowly and not at normal speed can somebody help me fix this as it is the 5.0 build? thanks

Can you try running the latest 5.0 dev build? It's way better than 5.0 stable.
If you're still having issues, can you post screenshots of your Dolphin settings?

Also, post screenshots of the graphics settings page maybe? There are some ways to make things faster.
