Hello,
Please pardon me if I'm asking particularly noobish questions, I'm very new to Linux.
I'm running Linux Mint 19.3, and am using the Dolphin flatpack install via the Software Manager. I have tried running various games on my machine that I was informed would be able to run Dolphin at a consistent 60fps, and get very wild frame dips from 5-60+. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Specs and Dolphin version:

Operating System: Linux Mint 19.3, x86
Processor/CPU: Intel i5-4570T, 2.90 GHz
Video Card/GPU: Intel HD 4600
Memory/RAM: Crucial, 8 (2x4)GB SODIMM DDR3 1600
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0-11991

Edit: When I run games, it gives me the GFX FIFO: Unknown Opcode error.

Thank you!

This will happen all the time and you're not the only one. This is common and happens if something with not to much to see on the screen changes to a scene with many things in its data. One way to see this is The Sims 2 (Gamecube edition cause there is a PS2 version too) is from a Sim making a salad or something to someone on the toilet. the lag goes CRAZY and drops to a whopping 1FPS. Though the main reason to your problem could be how much is stored in its data (I aint a expert, im still learning so im not to sure about everything)

It would be nice to know what games are you trying to run.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.
