Games run too fast

Hey Guys,

I just tried to play the 3 following games:

-> Paper Mario 2
-> TloZ Wind Waker
-> TloZ Twilight Princess

Paper Mario worked out perfectly, but the other two games are waay too fast, probably doubled or tripled speed. I am currently using Dolphin 4.0 and I can't find any options to limit the actual speed or fps. Can somebody give me a description how i can get rid of this problem?

I read some threads here but the main problem i found was how the games were too slow...
