I can't seem to get any game running. Any time I try to start up a game, the screen remains black. It doesn't crash and I can still hear the title screen music. With Star Fox Adventures however, a low detailed version of the title screen occasionally appears in the corner of the window. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any fixes for this problem?

Is the picture on the lower right corner of the screen? I got that myself quite a few times in the past, but only with gamecube games. I never could reproduce this reliably, so it's very difficult to fix. Starting other games, and/or switching Opengl/D3D always got rid of it eventually.

Am i right assuming that you have the PAL versions of the games?

You might want to change your fullscreen resolution from 640x480 to the native resolution of your Screen
