Games cutscene problem Dolphin 3.0

Hello. Recently I have tried dolphin 3.0 x64 and it runs at great speed and have good compatibility. However, I have problems with the video cutscenes of many games. The videos seems to slow down and the audio is choppy. This problem affects especially PAL games that run at 50 fps. In older versions like 2.0 this problem is not present in the games i tried so far. Im using Windows 7 64 bits.
