Sad
Hi there!

I am currently in a world of pain trying to use Dolphin. I have been using it for many months with no problems  at all, playing a whole bunch of different games, all working fine, but suddenly, having made no changes to settings, the emulator performance has started to decline severely. Any labour intensive process causes FPS drops (usually around 40% but sometimes lower) and stuttering sound. Really sorry to bother you with this, but I've tried literally every potential solution I've found on the web so far. Any help would really be appreciated, as I dearly miss playing games on this great emulator!

Thanks again so much for your time.

Regards,

Makska

Make sure to set your Windows Power Options to high performance. Also make sure you're using the D3D11 video backend. As most people will tell you, the AMD processors don't work that well with Dolphin. And your CPU isn't the most powerful. So depending on the game(s) you're trying to run, it can struggle

Also, update to latest dev build (scroll down in the "Downloads" page).
