Games are running too fast

Can anyone help me out with this? my games are running too fast for me to be able to react in time in some situations. My games run at 350% speed and in some points goes up to 1000%, making it unplayable.

Yeah how? i never thought in my lifetime i would actually hear somebody complaining dolphin was too fast, its always slow down complaints, its like saying you have too much money someone should tell you how to get rid of some, but anyway pls wat's ur specs i would like to know

He's probably saying Animal crossing is running to fast(60fps) XD
