i have a f710 logitech gamepad

Controller config > configure the controller port you're using > click on motor in the rumble section.

We broke the test button in the latest builds though so you'll just have to figure out by running a game which rumble type works for your controller

Or if they really want to, the test button works in the Qt build last I checked.
