If i start a game in dolphin the gamepad start to vibrate permanent. In the rumble option there are not displayed any motors. Its a gamepad that works for the ps3 too and it doesnt have any support in the ForceFeedback. For other games or emus the gamepad work perfect. Can somebody help me ?

If it was a sixaxis it wouldn't have the motors to do rumble! If it is rumbling, it obviously supports it.

Can you please show us a screenshot of your GCPad and/or Emulated Wiimote screens please? And please include pics of the rumble screen(s) as well.

And lastly, what are you using to connect the controller to your system?

USB Stick? Do you mean bluetooth? What software/drivers are you using?

Two things. First, you should update to the latest development version, which is 4.0-6144 at the moment. It has new features and improvements, such as the removal of SDL because it causes random dumb problems on Windows! The other point is that you shouldn't be using SDL, and if you were running the latest you wouldn't be and probably wouldn't have this problem. Use DInput or XInput instead.

3.5 is not supported here, so I can't help you with that. But if you want help getting it to work with the latest development version, I could do that.

However, please remember that our official site is https://dolphin-emu.org/, and not that other place.
