i'm using a classic extension for my gamepad setup which works great with monster hunter tri. today i tried to play one piece unlimited cruise 2 and it didn't recognize my controller, i had to press A from my mouse and no matter what i pressed on my controller it didn't work like it did with monster hunter. it also told me to connect a nunchuk but i have no idea how to configure that since i never used an actual wii. one more question, to play 2 players with my friend which wiimote 2 do i configure? the one right after clicking wiimote settings which is under wiimote 1 or do i configure the wiimote 2 which i get after clicking configure on wiimote 1?

Classic Controller is not compatible with this game. In your Wiimote config choose "Nunchuk" instead of "Classic". And configure your buttons.

You can do both but if you use the 2nd method don't forget to choose "Emulated Wiimote" for Wiimote 2

In this game:
Joystick = Moves
C button = To run and for special attacks
Z button = To lock on an enemy and for the camera

thanks, i've got one last question. so i decided to play the legend of zelda skyward sword a couple of minutes ago and i can't find a motion plus option anywhere, i'm using 3.0-739. i download 3.0-410 and the option seems to be there. so i decided why not just download the latest dolphin version since i'm gonna switch and download 3.5-367 and found out that the motionplus option isn't there, how come it's there on a earlier version? or is it there in all versions but in different places. if so, how do i enable it on my version?

You can't.

Emulated Motion Plus is not implemented in Master branch (it's a side branch). You can't use it with current versions.
