Gamepad keybinding won't save.

I've been trying to get Dolphin running on my pc for some time, and I have it all set up, except that for the GCpad my gamepad's keybinding won't save. I can bind every key easily, but when I click save or OK the window shuts immediately with no further notice. When I open the keybinding window again, the controls have reverted to the default keyboard setup. Thank you in advance for any help

Do you have dolphin's folder in a folder that requires admin rights like the program files, if so move it, you could also try saving the config you've just created and try loading it in-game if that dosent work or try a different version.
