Gamepad detected but not giving input

    in this picture i have changed the inputs by right clicking because the controller inputs are not read.

    this is the picture to show you that i have another option for my xbox one controller.

just like above my controller is found but the inputs are not being read, and there are more than one of us that are having this problem.
